Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake our my behalf. Refunds are only accepted if the lace is still attached.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE WIG CAP, WHAT DO I DO?

Mc Collection is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.

WHAT IS THE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS?

Please allow 4-10 business days on all preordered units.

Processing time takes 3-10 days business day. If units are ready to ship they will be shipped out within2-5 business days.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Processing time is the time it takes for Mc Collection to prepare your order.

Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it. Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However, keep in mind that processing tend to fluctuate based on the season.

WHAT TYPE OF HAIR DO YOU OFFER?

We offer exclusively hand collected luxury hair extensions from The Temples Of South India (Indian), Raw Cambodian. We also offer high quality premium Brazilian virgin hair.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR PREMIUM RAW INDIAN, PREMIUM VIRGIN, RAW CAMBODIAN AND PREMIUM RAW SEA HAIR?

Premium Virgin Hair: Our premium virgin extensions quality is as good as our raw hair quality for an affordable price. This is by far the best virgin hair we found on the market, the quality is definitely unmatched. These extensions are super soft & silky before and after coloring and can be bleached up to a level 10 (lightest blonde). This hair can last anywhere from 2 to 3 years or longer with proper care.

Premium Raw Indian Temple Cut: Our raw Indian extensions are exclusively sourced from one of India’s top distributors. This hair texture is hand collected directly from the temples of South India. This hair is 100% raw and unprocessed , double wefted & sourced from one single donor. Each bundle gives a natural luster, maintaining proper care of these extensions can help them last up to 3+ years.

Premium Raw South East Asian Hair: Our premium raw SEA extensions comes from temples in South East Asia, providing our customers with some of the best quality on the market. This hair can be bleached & colored to perfection & will remain super soft & luxurious. The luster of these extensions when you first get them is simply unforgettable. This hair can be bleached to a level 10 (highest level of blonde). The texture of this hair blends perfectly with natural hair. The hair is thick and comes in a variety of different natural colors as in natural black, natural brown and light brown. These extensions are cut directly from children donors with the healthiest hair, providing you with very thick, silky, and uniform hair from top to bottom. This is by far the HIGHEST quality Vietnamese hair we’ve found on the market, the quality is truly unmatched. This hair will last you more than 5 years with proper care.If you are familiar with raw hair, some are picked directly from temples and some directly from donors, this specific hair is picked from a single donor.

Raw Cambodian Hair: In addition to having all the characteristics of our raw hair above, our raw Cambodian hair extensions are even more coarse luxurious. These extensions are cut directly from single donors located in the temples of Cambodia. This origin of hair gives a medium luster that blends flawlessly with natural hair.

HOW MANY BUNDLES COME IN YOUR UNITS?

Our units consist of super double drawn natural wave bundles with matching frontal or closure.

180% density= 3 bundles

200% density= 4 bundles

ARE YOUR WIGS GLUELESS?

All units can be worn glueless. Elastic bands can be added to all closure units for extra security. However, frontal units may require adhesive.

WHAT IS A READY TO SHIP WIG?

A ready to ship wig is a unit that is on hand and ready to be shipped/picked up.

DO YOUR WIGS COMES FULLY CUSTOMIZED?

All wigs are sold raw and un-customized. You can request for a fully customized, styled, and ready to wear upon arrival. Lace can be cut upon request.

DO YOU OFFER CLASSES?

I do offer classes on how to perfectly install wig one-on-one.

CUSTOM SERVICES

WHAT IS A CUSTOM WIG?

Custom wigs are machine wefted and individually customized based off your head measurements. Custom units are not one size fits all.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR A CUSTOM WIG?

The turnaround time for all wig construction (BYOB) services are 3-5 days. For custom unit orders, please allow 7-14 business days.

CAN I SHIP MY HAIR TO YOU TO GET A WIG MADE?

Yes, you can ship your hair to me but you are responsible for any shipping fees. Once the unit is complete it will be shipped back to you at no extra cost.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM COLORING FOR WIGS?

We do offer custom coloring upon request.

HAIR CARE TIPS

Treating hair extensions with care is essential to maintain their beauty and longevity. Follow these guidelines to ensure the best results:

  1. Treat the hair extensions as you would your natural hair, with gentleness and care.
  2. Prior to installation, co-wash the hair extensions using a gentle, sulfate-free conditioner to preserve its softness and manageability.
  3. Opt for good quality shampoo and conditioning products to keep the hair in optimal condition.
  4. Regular conditioning is crucial to maintain the softness and manageability of the hair.
  5. Use a deep conditioner on your virgin hair at least once a week to provide extra nourishment.
  6. Refrain from using oil or heavy styling products, as they can lead to buildup and damage the hair extensions.
  7. When brushing or combing the hair, take your time and be gentle to avoid any potential damage.

By adhering to these practices, you can ensure that your hair extensions remain in excellent condition and continue to look stunning for an extended period.

CURLY HAIR CARE

Caring for curly hair requires dedication and patience. If you don't have the time to maintain it, we advise choosing body wave or straight hair instead. Curly hair, such as kinky, demands more maintenance to prevent tangling, frizzing, and matting. To keep it manageable, create a routine by filling a spray bottle with water and a small amount of conditioner. Use the spray to keep the hair refreshed daily, and consider adding a good Mousse for styling.

Condition curly hair twice a week without exceptions, and limit shampooing to once a month for cleaning purposes. When shampooing, wash gently in one direction to avoid tangling. Use a Denman brush with care, brushing from tip to root without exerting excessive force.

It's important to be cautious about dying and bleaching curly hair extensions, as it can alter the curl pattern irreversibly.

HEAT

When using heat, always apply heat protectant to safeguard your hair. Extreme high heat can cause irreparable damage, so consider using an ionic dryer, which is less damaging. Invest in good quality straightening irons and curling rods. Whenever possible, air dry your hair extensions to minimize heat exposure.

For swimming and exercise, wash your hair immediately after swimming to prevent matting and tangling. Wearing a swim cap can help protect the hair. After swimming, detangle the hair carefully, braiding it in two sections under the cap for added protection. Following any water activity, co-wash your hair to remove any potentially harmful chemicals.

By following these tips and establishing a consistent hair care routine, you can enjoy the beauty of your curly hair extensions while keeping them in excellent condition

For beginners, closure units are highly recommended. These units are easy to maintain, require less maintenance and can be worn 100% glueless.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR UNITS LAST?

With proper care and maintenance, your unit can last 2+ years.

Regular washing/conditioning is highly recommended, take care of your investment!

DOES THE UNIT HAVE TO BE PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED?

No, our units are very beginner friendly. They come completely styled (knots bleached and pre plucked hairline) and are 100% glueless.
